About David T. Norrie

David T. Norrie, Esq., was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Bar of the State of New York in 1991.  He was subsequently admitted to practice in Colorado as well.  He holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University and is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Arts in history.

David began his legal career at the former Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch as an associate in the Environmental Litigation Department.  In 1996, David went out on his own and formed what would become Norrie & Associates.  The firm was headquartered in Mount Olive, New Jersey (with a satellite in Montclair) and focused on social security disability, guardianship, immigration, trusts and estates, real estate and elder law.

After 20 years in Mount Olive, David decided to downsize and simplify.  In order to give his clients more personal service, he closed the Mount Olive office and is a solo attorney once again.  His practice now focuses on:
